Our Clients are Selling Projects and Require Supply Bids
After an extremely successful Summer Launch, our site has made some minor changes to suit the requirements and demands of our clients.
Projects will now be posted in "White Page" format. Some projects may still be posted in an auction room once a series of Qualified Buyers have been secured and approved for the potential auction.
Our Current clients have asked that the bids be kept private - and due to overwhelming popularity, we will now be qualifying buyers, accepting letters of Intent (LOI) and passing the information on to the potential seller of projects. This process will allow us to ensure proper prices are posted and that the transaction will be completed once the proper due diligence has been completed by the potential buyer.
