Alberta and Canadian gov’ts send $779M down the tubes on unproven technology with no market (anywhere) after they themselves abrogate the very agreements (Kyoto, Western Greenhouse Gas Initiative) that could have made it viable (carbon caps). Tax-payer dollars at work on behalf of the oil lobby toward no practical end.
