Shale Gas hurdles (cont'd)

Beyond the gas and drilling mud claimed to be found in groundwater, a study recently released by Cornell indicates that up to 4% of total gas (methane) extracted in fracking is released to the atmosphere. Expect a vigorous industry counter- attack.
