20.03.2012: After completing its five-year sunset review of silicon metal imports from China, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) has voted to retain an existing antidumping duty order on silicon metal imported from China. The ITC said that revoking the duty would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of material injury to US silicon producers.
