09.04.2015: Dubai-based Abdul Latif Jameel Energy and Environmental Services has agreed to take over Spanish solar developer Fotowatio Desarrollos Renovables (FRV) for an undisclosed sum. According to Fotowatio, through this transaction, Abdul Latif Jameel Energy has acquired a PV project pipeline of over 3.8 GW. The portfolio includes around 400 MW of PV plants completed or under construction and 3.4 GW of PV projects under different stages of development. © PHOTON
