Solar Frontiers acquires PV projects totaling 280 MW in the US from Gestamp Solar |
| 11.03.2015: Japanese copper-indium-diselenide (CIS) thin-film module producer Solar Frontier KK, a subsidiary of Japanese oil company Showa Shell Sekiyu KK, has acquired a 280 MW PV project pipeline in the US from Gestamp Solar, the solar subsidiary of Gestamp Renewables, which is itself a division of Spain's Gonvarri Steel Industries. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
