Fiera Axium Infrastructure acquires 40 MW PV portfolio from EDF EN Canada

12.07.2012: Canadian portfolio management firm Fiera Axium Infrastructure Canada L.P. has acquired four 10 MW photovoltaic projects from EDF EN Canada Inc. The four projects, located near Ottawa, Ontario, were energized in 2010 and 2011. Each of the projects has a 20-year power purchase agreement with the Ontario Power Authority (OPA). EnXco Service Canada Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of EDF EN, will continue to provide operations and maintenance services to the projects under 20-year agreements.
