Yes - it's so pretty here. Thank goodness the road is curvy - otherwise it would look like Sausalito on steroids. Alas - it has gone pretty dramatically in that direction - heck - dumps in Bolinas now sell for well north of $1M - while the Seadrift Homes at Stinson are $3M.
