Hi Montgomery,
Part of why I care about this is because I learned it the hard way.
Before Factur, I lost a manufacturing business. There were a lot of lessons in that, but one of the biggest was that being good at the work is not enough if you don’t have control of where revenue comes from.
A lot of manufacturers are fantastic operators. They know how to deliver, solve problems, and take care of customers, but the front end of the business is often underbuilt.
That is the gap Factur was built to help solve.
If that resonates, I’d be glad to chat.

Hey Montgomery,
When a company is not in control of revenue, the symptoms usually show up somewhere else.
Too much dependence on one customer.
Too much dependence on one industry.
Too much dependence on referrals.
Too much pressure to hire another salesperson and hope it works.None of those are really the root issue.
The root issue is that the company doesn’t have a consistent way to create new conversations with the right types of customers.
That is the part Factur helps build.
We help manufacturing companies get clearer on who they want more of, where to find them, and how to create the right conversations consistently.
Is that something you are trying to improve this year?
