View this email in your browser Market Participants,   In accordance with CPUC D. 19-07-009, as modified by D.19-09-041, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) is issuing the 2020 Demand Response Auction Mechanism Request for Offers (DRAM RFO).    The PG&E 2020 DRAM RFO has an authorized budget cap of $5.7 million to procure System and Flexible Capacity Products from demand response (DR) aggregators who will bid Proxy Demand Resources (PDR) into the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) wholesale market from June 2020 – December 2020.  Ten percent (10%) of the capacity is targeted for new market entrants. At a minimum, DRAM Offers must include capacity for August 2020.   Offers are due by 1 P.M. PT on November 7, 2019 DRAM RFO information including the RFO Protocol, Offer Form, Purchase Agreement, and Qualifying Capacity (QC) Assessment can be found at http://www.pge.com/dram.   There will be a DRAM RFO Bidders' Webinar at 10 am PT on Friday, October 18, 2019.
