FirstEnergy Urges Perry to Declare Another Bizarre Directive

After FERC rejects Perry's ridiculous directive to subsidize coal plants to stockpile coal for the value of the extra  resiliency it will provide, the coal and nuke guys ask Perry to  subsidize nukes and coal because their shutdown due to being uneconomical will cause resiliency problems for the network. Unbelievable!
