The economist in this article is correct. The 50 jobs they are comitting to are all you need to operate both of these data centers. They are like solar projects. Lots of construction jobs very few onsite ops, no management.

Probably a couple of big wind or solar projects or sites are going to get good PPA's, if they havent already.
