I am certain you will both recall the sheer number of attempts we have made to convince our "bigger is always better" system colleagues at EDF to consider the NYISO congestion zone as strategic and to follow us deeper into the local distribution network. Seems they now have religion at the senior levels, even though their corporate acquisitions are still focused on farmland development.
