Re: Apple Issues a Second Green Bond to Finance Clean Energy

David:

I note that fuel cells qualify and that the latest round of their RFP submission windows for funding proposals just opened last month. Because both fuel cell technology familiarity and market penetration is low, especially in the utility sector, I think a proposal from us might gain serious consideration. We should review this thoroughly and submit a proposal unless we see a show-stopper.

Securing financing from a state-backed source like this automatically adds value to our projects, as it constitutes independent due diligence, risk reduction/credit enhancement and limits the capital we need to raise from the savages in the industry finance sector.

I will dig further and would appreciate your thoughts and questions as you review.

This is a page from the New York Green Bank - which - from the looks of it - is designed to finance projects exactly like ours.  Monty - please take a quick gander and tell me what you think. Thanks
