Dear LRP Subscriber,

This message is to notify you that the OPA has posted an updated version of the draft LRP I RFP. This updated version includes new content in Section 3.4.3 which details the calculation of the Evaluated Proposal Price.
 
The OPA has also posted a set of three backgrounders which provide additional detail on certain aspects of the draft LRP I RFP. These include:

  1. Proposal Price Evaluation;
  2. Connection; and
  3. Agricultural Land.

The backgrounders and the updated draft LRP I RFP are available on the program resources section of the LRP Website. All backgrounders as well as the updated draft LRP I RFP are open for stakeholder review and comment until December 19, 2014.
