Geithner drawn into Libor scandal - The Washington Post

16 major banks are now implicated. Under US law, the Libor manipulation qualifies as price-fixing, which is a felony. To say nothing about the worldwide civil litigation which is already in motion. The only way these masters of the universe gamers are ever going to pull back from the carcass is if some of them go to jail, which is now likely.

Geithner, on the other hand, looks like he was and is playing a straight game.
