05.03.2012: According to China Daily, China’s Premier Wen Jiabao said the government would continue to promote emerging industries and new energy sources; however, he said the government would “put an end to blind expansion in industries such as solar energy and wind power.” Wen said economic restructuring and transforming the way it approaches development issues are the most important tasks facing the government and are “key to solving the problems of imbalanced, uncoordinated, and unsustainable development” in China.
