This business model, already proven in Germany, has been exported to the US partly because all of the Europeans are gettting hammered by the Euro and regulatory uncertainly.

This  is the first instance of a fully integrated outsourced supply chain I have seen working above 1MW. It has a good chance of driving cost per watt further down because it centralizes the buy and the back office technical functions. But takes a lot of capital and sales volume to achieve scale in multiple and diverse markets like we have here.

I wonder if they need regional partners and off-takers:)
